Our teak patio furniture is manufactured with quality teakwood sourced that we select ourselves from legal government teak plantations and old houses for reclaimed teak items. The teak wood is carefully selected and then drying into kiln dry chamber and produced using proper machines.
- Well preparation of packing, using foam sheet to protect each parts of furniture
- All parts joint together to make sure no moving part inside and full cover with foam sheet or corrugated paper as required by each importer
- Inner cart box as first protection supported by corner protection module
- Outter carton box as final protection and label. Using banding machine to make sure packaging will be safe until to end user. You are as importer not necessary to check quality one by one. all work done in our factory. Just open container, store and ship to your customer. No more head ache
